All 41 rooms are newly renovated and each offers a private bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is served every morning on the top floor with panoramic views and a roof terrace open in summer. Guests can use the fully equipped communal kitchen with a stove, oven, and microwave, and each person receives a private secure refrigerator cupboard with a key.

The guesthouse is located 800 meters from Zürich main train station, reachable by a 5-minute tram ride from the Stauffacher tram stop right outside. The area has many cafes, restaurants, a Coop supermarket open until 22:00, and second-hand markets. Zürich Lake and Bahnhofstrasse shopping street are within a short walk or tram ride from the property.
